Investigating - At the moment we noticed some difficulties in the production environment and we are working to restore the system’s proper behavior.

More specifically, there is a problem with FOP: ATM payment type on market: All.

We are actively working to resolve this issue and will inform you as soon as we have any additional information or have resolved the problem.

Update - We got information from third party about issue. They are working on it.

Identified - We have been observing increased number of errors appearing in ticketing transaction.
We can confirm that the issue began on third party's ticketing system site. We have notified their help desk team and will communicate closely with them until the issue is resolved.

Fortunately, most users are able to use the system.

Identified - We have been notified that in the last 10 minutes you have experienced some technical difficulties with your applications.
Specifically, there is an issue with booking transactions, which is causing lack of creating PNRs.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Our team is working diligently to solve the issue and restore our system to full performance.
Our monitoring systems indicate SSL connection issue. More specifically, some part of our network is unavailable and it may cause problems with opening any site through SSL protocol during the booking process.
Responsible party is already working on solution to this issue.
